3 Purchase & Payment

All purchases are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• The listed price ($0.99) is a one-time payment — no subscriptions or recurring charges
• Your download link will be delivered via email immediately after purchase
• No physical product is shipped — this is a digital download only
• Pricing is in USD and may be subject to local taxes

4 Intellectual Property

All content included in the Nexakit product — including PDF designs, stickers, covers, templates, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nexakit and is protected by copyright law.

You may:

• Use the planner for personal, non-commercial planning and organization
• Print pages for personal use
• Use on multiple personal devices you own

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
• Claim the designs as your own
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Upload the files to file-sharing platforms

5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of this product, all sales are generally final. Once the download link is delivered, the product has been received.

However, we want every customer to be happy. If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

• You did not receive your download email
• The downloaded files are corrupted or unusable
• A technical error prevented access to your purchase

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Nexakit product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The product will meet every specific personal planning need
• The product will work with every PDF annotation app
• The AI Shortcut feature will work on all iOS devices or with all AI services

We strive to maintain quality and will address legitimate technical issues, but results from using a planning tool will naturally vary by individual.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexakit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the product.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product ($0.99).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable US laws.
