Nexakit is a digital downloadable product. Because digital files are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales are generally final.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understand the non-refundable nature of digital goods. This policy is in accordance with standard digital product sales practices.
Exception Cases
We absolutely want to make things right when a genuine issue occurs. We will review refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

Never received the download email If you completed your purchase but never received the delivery email with your download link, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Please also check your spam or junk folder first, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered.

Corrupted or unusable file If the file you received is corrupted, won't open, or is otherwise unusable on a supported device, we'll investigate immediately and provide a working replacement at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive your support request, here's what happens next:

What We Don't Refund
To keep our policy fair for everyone, the following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind — You no longer want the product after purchasing it
- Wrong app purchased — You bought Nexakit thinking it was a different product
- Unsupported device or app — The file does not work on a device or application that is not listed as compatible (please check compatibility before purchasing)
- Already downloaded — The file has been successfully downloaded and accessed
- Didn't meet expectations — The product works as described but didn't suit your personal preferences or workflow
